I am currently working at TCS having 2.3 yrs of exp ,working on middleware technology, which is on ibm integration bus(IIB) & Ibm MQ , is it good future to look for same technology for switching in other company? what is future and career growth in middleware technology like IBM Integration Bus & IBM MQ?
If you advice me other technology to learn and look for switch it would be higly appreciable.
What i select now, will have a huge huge impact on my future career , that's why i need your advice.
