I\'m 2021 graduate, working at a service based company with a salary of 9 LPA in India. My problem is I hate my work and there is 0 WLB. I\'m completely tired and exhausted now. I have started leetcode and I\'m planning to resign my current job. (Notice period is 3 months).\n\nI have been thinking to resign for a while now but not having courage to do so. The reason being I\'m not confident enough I can crack a better company. Everyone around me is suggesting me not to be a fool by resigning and instead  all my well wishers are suggesting me to prepare for other companies while I\'m still working at current one. I\'m completely drained and lifeless with the current work and can\'t imagine working here for 3 more months. Is this phase normal for everyone or am I not fit in my current company? I have been questioning myself if I\'m unfit because my other colleagues seem to enjoy their work without any hassles. This makes me wonder am I really that dumb girl who is not able to handle work. I have always been a good student all my life and never felt this way. Growing up sucks :(\n\nPlease suggest should I resign and prepare for other companies or am I really being a fool?
