I recently got an offer from Swiggy for SDE-1 position .
The compensation is 25 ( base ) + 9 ( ESOPS) + 2 ( Joining Bonus )

YOE: 2021 Grad , (8 months +)

I currently work at another startup which is amazing but the compensation is 16 here .

Any suggestion on whether should I stay or leave ?
