Hello All,

I started for looking change and the next day when I updated my resume on online carrier site, I got the telephonic call.
I thought lets try becuase this was just second day and I was not prepared for interviews.
From Seimens Industry Banglore I received call and within a couple of days 2 online interviews with different people done,
and second day HR asked for what is my expectation about salary?

I need advice from the community regarding compensation should I ask?
I have been in product company last 14 years. Last two years I was top performer.

My current CTC is 22 lpa

Please help me for realistic number which is in current market.
