Hi Leetcoders,\n\nThis is more of a post regarding being managed or rather micro management.\nLately, my new manager is pinging me every now and then regarding my progress on every Jira ticket at work. If things get delayed from my side, he makes sure to put that detail and this has been consistently happening for my tickets ever since he became my manager. If things get delayed, I sort of get rebuked and ridiculed at and he makes sure to put that information on my Jira items. Is that normal? I am new into dev role and this causes a certain annoyance and I always feel like if he can use that documented information to make any decisions?Even when he is on vacations, he keeps pinging me. I feel like I am seriously being micromanaged\n\nIf there are managers out there in this community, can someone please suggest me what to do?
