I am looking to start preparation to target for Google L5/ Uber L5a / Meta E5 or equivalent positions in next 6 months.
Currently having ~6 YOE. Wanted help from you guys, what are the expectations from work experience for these positions? And how much is the role of work experience at these level. Or the primary determinant is the interview performance only.
