Hi all,

I am new to the industry, and will be joining full time at Morgan stanley(India) as Technology analyst, wanted to get some idea on how does increments/bonuses work, is it based on performance or mandatory increase in base salary every year/quarter or so generally?

Few other questions:
At Morgan is it depending on analyst -> associate -> sr. associate etc.?
And do people already working at a firm usually get paid more than the one who switches from a different firm for the same role?
