Hello LeetCode Community,\n\nI have to choose between 2 offers and can use some help. I have an offer from American Express for Engineer II (Java Backend Engineer) Role and also from ServiceNow for IC2 (Full Stack Engineer) which as far as I have understood is on JavaScript, both of front-end and back-end. The compensation offered by ServiceNow is close to 2x of that offered by AMEX. ServiceNow offer is CTC+RSUs. CTC is almost 7.5L more than AMEX. Culture wise both companies have a good culture, ServiceNow maybe a bit better, also WLB is pretty good in both as far as I\'ve heard. My point of concern is growth in the company I join. The work should be challenging and learning should be good as well, so I have a slight feeling work might be a better in AMEX, I might be wrong so I need your help in deciding.\n\nThank you in advance for your suggestions. :)
