I have a offer from Meta London for Internal Software Engineer, Bpe role.
Base - 80k GBP
Bonus - 20k GBP
Stock - 25k GBP
My current compensation in India is:
Base - 35k GBP
Bonus - 5k GBP
ESOP - 15k GBP

I have 2 years 8 months of work experience and I have already switched twice. If I join Meta it will be my 4th Company.
Has anyone idea on the Internal Software Engineer role at Meta, is it equivalent to Product SWE roles?
Also should I switch at this point of my career?
