I have offers from 2 companies, a MNC and a startup.
The overall CTC is similar for both companies.

Company A: (MNC)
1st year: 20L(Base) + 8L(RSUs)
Company B: (Startup)
1st year: 26L(Base) + 2L(Esops)

Should I ask company A to increase the base component since I have a competing offer ? Problem is I have accepted offer(2 weeks ago) from Company A and have got this offer recently from Company B. Is it risky to open chapter of negogiation once I have accepted the offer ? It would be great if someone could advice here.
