My last round with HR was on monday(28/feb/2022).She asked me to provide some figues.
I asked a high exepctation(100%) without asking the market value from her .But people are getting that amount in that organization. That's why i have asked 100%.

She simply said that they can not provide this much and can only go upto 50%.She asked me to think about it and call after sometime.

After one day i have called her and gave my reason.I told her "I am planning to stay for long time in company and it would be really helpful if the salary is better from start.My focus will only be on work in future and i will not have to reconsider to switch job again because of parity pay."

And i asked then 70% hike and requested her to consider it.She said she will get back after discussing it to management.

Now please help me what should i do next.
