PayPal or Oracle OCI? Which would you choose to work when it comes to long term, considering pay, hikes, refereshers, layoffs and work life balance in India.

I know OCI offer is crazy which is around 8L more than PayPal. But when you see the long term and considering the hikes and refreshers PayPal offers, both oci and paypal will have same pay. Moreover there are more benefits in PayPal as well. And also joining bonus of oci is just for 2 years which makes it look high in TC. PayPal on the other side has less fixed component while the variable and stocks occupy 50% of the TC. Not sure about the reorgs or layoffs in PayPal in India.

Above is my opinion and I might be wrong. Please let me know your views on which would be a better choice among the two.
