Hi,\nI am currently working in xyz(b2b,b2c e-commerce company startup - a big one) as Software Dev with 2.5 YOE.\nMy current Base pay is 17LPA and I have some ESOP worth (5.5 lacs till Mid 2023 + rest x lac after that)\n\nThe base pay being very low compared to the amount of work done by me, I am looking to switch to a higher base.\nSo now I have an offer from loco.gg with base of 26LPA and 4.5L Esop for 1 year.\n\nConsidering xyz will be doing IPO in mid 2023 , should  I stay there only ?\nBut I really want to switch to increase the base pay, it is too low for market standard for my YOE.\n\nCommunity , need your valuable feedback and help in understanding if I will be making a bad choice if I switch to Loco from xyz ?
