i got offers from Tekion and goldman sachs and they are paying similar compensation , but tekion is giving stocks and goldman is giving similar amount in money. i am not sure what to choose, i have 1.5+ years of exp and at this point of my career i am not sure what i should choose a startup or a corporate bank? guys can you please help.
