Is it good to join Amazon ? How is Amazon for work life balance and other factors.
Please help me out asap, as I need to accept the offer. I have another offer which is almost same only the bonus part of amazon is way more than the previous offer but the company has a good work life balance and learning.

I am prefering work life balance, peace of mind and learning for long term over money.

Please let me know your experience with Amazon. Any help is appriciated.
