Plan to go to the US... seems like an impossible task

Hello everyone,

I am a french citizen (currently working in luxembourg) that want to move with my family in the US (ideally washington state). (minimum requirements: working visa + at least 150k base salary => 200-250k TC + health insurance and so on).
To sum up I feel like I am an average software engineer (backend .NET) here, with 9 years of experience (never led a project or architected something, worked as a consultant mostly for big investment banks or big audit company, I have decent knowledge of webapi, azure cloud, tdd.. ).

I started leetcoding around august / september, so I am already at 5 month of consistent algo training and improved drastically. For System design I still feel like I know nothing but I am reading all the common ressources.

During my prep, I applied for several "good companies" in europe to test my interview level:
Failed amazon Luxembourg OA september 2021
Got rejected for senior level at Square Dublin in october 2021
Got an offer for senior level at bloomber london in november 2021 (125k£ base + 25kbonus)
Got an offer for softwar engineer at tesla amsterdam in dec 2021 (peanuts)
(did not plan to move from my current location for another european one at this time)

After few success, I started to send CVs to US companies, including meta, amazon, google, apple, microsoft, lyft, uber, snapchat... can't even remember all of them probably more than 100-150 cv sent with 0 answer since the start of January 2022.

Is there any way to reach directly the US like this? My CV seems ok (I made it read by a microsoft contact of me and also by a google engineer that both were in my school, but moved 10 years ago..) so I have the feeling that the "are you legally authorized to work in the US" question is really removing all my chances at each appliance (I may be wrong)

Should I keep sending CVs all over those big companies? or try to focus a company that could sponsor a L1 mobility (and in this case there is only Amazon Luxembourg near my location, that I failed on september, no idea of how many time I have to wait before reapplying...)

I am a bit desperate right now, while I made tons of progress in Algorithm & Data structures, that I keep learning new things every day.. I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel.

Don't hesitate if you have ideas to fulfill my "dream"
