Hi,

I am currently serving 1 month NP, and looking for good tech companies (preferabbly WFH).
Currently I have an offer from a Big USA Retailer but they have seriously low-balled me, but I accepted as I desperately wanted a change

So, am in this continuous search of companies that are good in work and pay(atleast market value). Being on a month notice period, I have very less time in hand to search/apply/interview and negotiate an offer.

LeetCode fam, please suggest me the approach to take in order to make most use of this time and suggest me companies to apply to (Frontend).
Should i fish in the careers site or reach out for referral or ping the recruiters directly.
Should I announce the recruiters that I am already on NP.
