Hi,\n Got offer from Nutanix as MTS-1 and Amazon as SDE1. \n \n About me  - 8 months experience at an US retail Ecommerce company.\n \n \n Amazon has not send the offer letter and have not negotiated yet but recieved a mail saying the I have been selected also recieved a call from HR as well.\n Asked Expected CTC which I said a lot more than standard as already had Nutanix offer in Hand. :)\n \n So,  just wanted to know which company I should go for a better work culture, benifits, work life balance, growth opportunity, learning, team behaviour andsupport and in case of staying long time or while switching.\n \n \n Compensation - https://leetcode.com/discuss/compensation/1668552/Nutanix-or-MTS-1 (totally same)\n Mailed Amazon Expected CTC - 50 Lakhs (I know I have asked a lot because I thought they can match the offer atleast with Nutanix and also told them I have another offer in hand) ;) \n \n \n Please help me out with your thoughts and suggestions.\n Please upvote so it will reach to more people.
