Currently I'm working in a witch in a Dev and support project. I have 3 years of experience and I just wanted to know is it possible for me to switch into sde 1 roles. I had applied for Amazon sde1 was able to solve both the question but didn't get a callback,Similarly for Goldman. Does product based company filter out candidates working in witch.
Any advice on how to switch into a sde1 role at any org.
