I am expecting an offer from ServieNow soon, I will update the numbers once I get it.
But have some concerns, Hoping that the LC community can guide me on the right path

During my discussions with my HM and Senior engineers,
I found out that ServiceNow uses NOW platform internally for all its developments.
Which is written in JavaScript. They use JS extensively for both the front end and also for the backend.
It is also a low-code platform.
It seems for cloud platforms: It is AWS, Service now instances etc [Hybrid]

Things concerning:

1. My current tech stack mainly involves JAVA - But In ServiceNow, Working in NOW platform - which is a low code platform.
   Will that be bad for my career?
2. Since it is a framework/platform - the amount of code we write - from scratch - will be drastically reduced, Should that be an issue?
3. Heard that the overall WLB will be great but it might also change from team to team, What are your reviews?

Please let me know (With Reasons) if I should proceed to join ServiceNow?
