I am confused and need to decide between microsoft l61 offer and google l3 offer
I have 5 Years of experience as full stack engineer (django ,python tech stack).

I have got offer from google india for L3 level
TC - base(25.6 LPA) + bonus 15%) ~29 LPA
Joining bonus - 5 Lakhs
Relocation bonus -1.5 lakhs
Rsu - 70000 USD

Microsoft india l61 sde 2 offer
TC - (base 27 lpa + 20% variable) ~30 LPA
Joining bonus - 5lakh
Relocation bonus -1 lakh (only availaible if I relocate)
Rsu - 90,000 USD

In Microsoft the team works on machine learning sdk (the work is mostly on python as language)
Google the team is (google workspace ) more on web dev side with tech stack having java(something which I haven't worked in past)

If I join google the pros are
-Brand name and a dream company for me
-I can relax and stop thinking of next switch for a while
-Google workspace team - would be working on a product which will be live and used at scale by next year
-better food (something I have heard from everyone)
-better work life balance and reputation something that is difficult for me to get over with

If join microsoft the pros are -
-Sde 2 level
-Comfortable tech stack and change from my normal web dev job
-ML something thats fancy and i would lve to work

Would love to get a some thoughts perspectives from everyone.

I want to consider all the points before making the decision.
