Hi everyone, I have two offers from Disney+ Hostar and Wells Fargo. If anyone has first hand experience with both or through friends etc and can share their experience/advise it would be really helpful. My YOE = 0 years. Two internships in SDE and ML respectively. Fresh graduate from Tier 1 old IIT.

Wells Fargo: Program Associate A role: 30 = 20 fixed+3 joining+2 variable+5 retention (1.25+1.25+2.5 over 3 years)
Hotstar: SDE1: 29 = 20 "total cash component"+5 retention (2+3)+4-5 lakhs stocks over 3 years. (tentative)

Wells might be in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai. Hotstar is in Bangalore.
