I joined Adobe in march 2020 having 4 years of an experience as contract employee with role SDE-2, And adobe offered me15lacs CTS which includes PF and my Income tax. in fact 15lacs which was my expectation and they didnt negotiate it .I know it was less what i was getting,But at that time i was very happy that i am getting into such a big tec company and i was less worried about my salary rather more focussed on what i am going to learn from some big tech heads. And in march 2021, immediatly after an year, based on my performance they offered me FTR with designation MTS-2 , having same base package 15 lacs and 13k USD stocks investing for 4 years. So which is close to 20lacs per anum. Currently i hold 5.11 years of an experiance , and recently i started feeling i am really getting is very less in Adobe. They gave me very less stocks also starting my FTR. And i started researching , even freshers join Adobe earn more than me. I was not aware of all these before . I was satisfied what i was getting. I feel like i have been cheated .
I am thinking i should wait till this year appraisel and see what increament i am going to get and act upon that

Can someone suggest me how should handle this, and how much increaemnt i should ask .?
