I got an offer from BuildTools team in Amazon for position for SDEII. I am looking for any insights on how the team is and their culture.

Also I asked for a 200K base package based on Levels.fyi and the recruiter said she will get back with the actual figures. So any pointers around salary negotiation is also appreciated.

I am based out of bay area.
