Amazon : 15(Base)+5(1st yr Joining)+5(2nd yr Joining)+4 stocks
Arcesium : 17.5 Base + 2-3(performance bonus)+8(LTI)

Personal Research
Gone through many different reviews and observed the following

Amazon - Good technology and learning curve, but pip culture, bad WLB and not very good work culture
Arcesium - Okay tech, good WLB, good culture, But some teams work on legacy system. Not as good learning curve as in Amazon
