Declining Google Offer after accepting it

Hi,
I am a final year undergraduate from a circuital branch. I had received an offer off-campus from Google (Not in India some East Asian country). Since I started programming I had a dream of joining Google as a Software Engineer. So, after receiving that offer, I was very happy and signed the offer letter immediately as I thought that no way I can get a better offer than this. They were paying me around 2x as compared with Google India and their tax rate is about 1/3 that of India. So, it was a very good offer in terms of monetary benefit. However, from campus placement, I have received an offer from one of the top high-frequency trading firms. If you don't know about these firms they pay very high and they are considered very elite firms. So, I decided to accept their offer and declined Google offer. As I had declined their offer after accepting it, they said that we won't restrict you to apply in future, however, in our database we will put remarks on you that you have declined the offer after accepting it.
Now, does it remark mean that I can never get into Google in future i.e. blacklisted permanently or this won't matter after a few years let's say 5-6 years for other Google offices. I am somewhat obsessed with working at Google because I am feeling bad about my decisions.
So, if you provide your views on whether I made a correct decision or I will regret it because of this, in the comments, it will be very beneficial.
