Hi I got a change to attend Tekion Interview for SE role through a consultancy called People Gamut HR Solutions

Every round's interview links were shared by the person from People Gamut.

After the HM round, the People Gamut representative called and said Tekion is ready to offer me the job and asked me share the below info

1. 3 months pay slips
2. current company offer letter
3. New company offer letter (If holding an offer)
4. Hike letter
5. PAN/ Adhaar card copy
6. Full address

I'm not aware of such process from any company, Not sure how they can ask for sensitive information without sharing the offer letter or without having the discussion about the pay.

Anyone from tekion please let me know about this process is legitimate to Tekion Policies or not
