Ringcentral : SDE-2(Gurgaon location)\n* Base - 25Lac\n* Stocks - 7 Lacs worth of stocks vested in 4 years(Ringcentral is publicly listed on NYSE)\n\n2. Razorpay : SDE-1(Bangalore location)\n* Base 25.45 LPA\n* Joining bonus - 4 Lac\n* Stocks - 15L Lacs vested in 4 years\n\nWhich one to join. Can some suggest about the work culture, growth scope , wlb etc.\nAlso, I am getting sde-2 at ringcentral and sde-1 at razorpay(Platform team). I am confused if the title matters. And especially If I join Razorpay what the work will be. I heard they use php also. If anyone knows,please suggest.
