Hi. I see everyone around me swithing to better roles. I am working as a SDE for 1.5 years now and have attempted interviews of MSFT, AMAZON multiple times in recent past but got rejected, I was able to solve coding problems but get stuck in miscellaneous random stuff, sometime they keep asking OS, some time System Design, In Hiring Manager of Amazon once, manager rejected me saying my past experience is not very attractive, Really ? :( . At this point I am a bit frustrated and not sure what is right thing to study ahead, joined Leetcode and hoping to do this but getting demotivated. Can someone suggest me right path to prepare for interviews !
