I am going to be inducted in as a fresher in Oracle Applications BU at Bangalore (CX org). I would like to know about the team and overall culture in Oracle for freshers. Does the team solve interesting problems and will these solution be in high scale? How's the overall learning and growth opportunity for freshers? How easy/difficult is it to switch directly to SDE jobs in other companies? Also, how is MTS role in comparison with Application Engineer role?
