Hey guys, I've worked as an IT Support Analyst in a Service Desk role, which is basically help users with level 1 IT issues over the phone. I graduated in 2018 with Engineering, and I've worked in IT support since then. I want to switch over to the software side, I've learned Java and Spring Boot, what are my chances of getting into a decent company, and how do I prepare my profile to prove that I'm competent for the role, since I'm attempting to switch job roles.
