I will complete 5 years as a developer this year. I've been at the same company since I graduated college. I don't want to stagnate and am looking to switch jobs.

I have worked with Java, React, Microservices on Spring Boot deployed to AWS and later moved to k8s, and Kafka. I am not an expert at any of these. I am currently leading 2 small projects feeling extremely incompetent.

I am scared to apply for new jobs. I don't think I have the skills to design or architect software. I need some support in navigating this. How should I prepare for interviews? I am feeling overwhelmed looking at Leetcode. I would appreciate any plan or roadmap for interview prep.
