Hi All, \nPlease help me clairifiying my doubts.\nI have total 3.6 years of Experience\n**Current Company**: Startup  CTC: 17,50,000 (fixed: 17, Bonus: 50,000)\n\nI got **new offer** from Arcesium CTC: 27.5 - 28LPA ( Fixed: 23 LPA, Bonus: 1.5L to 2.5L, LTA: 3LPA for 4 years) \n\nAfter That my current ready to retain me: Same Package 28LPA ( Fixed: 24L + Bonus: 4L)\n\n**Now Background:**\nI joined in my current company 7 months back. \nWhen comes to Work Life Balance i would say hardly I work 6 hrs and Managers are very friendly and coperative. But Work is not challenging but its ok.\n\nI am not sure about Arcesium and its WLB as it is big company may have lot of benefits and good culture.\n\nOther interviews is in pipeline like ( GoldmanSachs, FarEye .. etc)\n\nShould I Stay at my current company and try for new oppurtunites after 1 year or should i accept arcesium and crack another company for better pay during notice period ?\n\nThe main reason I am thinking to change is becuase of Pay apart from that i dont have any intentions to move as WLB is great\n\nPlease help me here.
