I have offers from Microsoft, Hyderabad and Bloomberg, Pune. I am confused about which one should I join?

I have 0 year of experience. I just did a 2-month intern at Microsoft this year.

Microsoft Compensation:

Base salary: 14 Lakh INR
Variable: 2.8 Lakh INR
Joining Bonus: 5 Lakh INR
RSUs on joining: 30k USD ( 22.5 Lakh INR )
CTC: 30 Lakh INR approx

Bloomberg Compensation:

Base salary: 26.3 Lakh INR
Variable: 1.7 Lakh INR
Joining Bonus: 10k USD ( 7.5 Lakh INR )
CTC: 35.5 Lakh INR approx
