Hi community !

I am currently working at Servicenow Hyderabad and total compensation including RSUs is around 25 LPA (Fixed part is nearly 17 LPA). Recently I have given interviews with Cisco. Actually interviewed for two teams (App dynamics (now under cisco) & Cloud security software engineer postion in Cisco).

Tech rounds went well in app dynamics one but not sure though why I got a "NO" from Hiring Manager round. So they moved my profile to another team(Cloud security). Tech rounds are done and got a positive feedback and HM round is also over. Expecting an offer.

I am currently having nearly 2.5 years of experience. How is it like working at Cisco? And also the growth (professionally & financially) when compared to ServiceNow?

Need your inputs on this. It will help me to decide on the offer if it arrives.
