Dear Leetcode community,\n\nI need your help and advice. I\'m a 2021 graduate and currently working at Microsoft, India. My current compensation is around 23-24 LPA.\n\nSince I\'m early into my career, I wish to work on customer facing products where I get to learn the best engineering practices and get to code a lot.\n\nI feel that I\'m not growing in my current team, neither getting to code nor learn from others because of a poorly structured team. I want to make a switch.\n\nI\'m looking for an environment where I\'ll get to work on customer facing product, ship features, learn from seniors, code extensively. Work life balance is not an issue unless it\'s way too bad. I also wish to optimise for brand slightly, so I don\'t want to join startups that are very early stage.\n\nI\'m willing to work hard. Please suggest what should I do, and if you know any companies that match the above requirements, please share their names.\n\nThank you.
