Hello people,\nPlease help me with this dilemma.\n\nI have received an offer from booking.com with the offer structure given below. I also have an offer from Indian companies like Gojek, Fox etc. and have some other final interviews scheduled in this week with big tech like Uber.\n\nTOE - 3.5 years\nCollege - Tier 1\n\nCompensation offered by booking.com.\n\nBase: 85,000 euros\nBonsu: 15% of base\nRSU - 20,000 dollars\nSome other minor costs are also covered like relocation cost, broker cost etc.\n\nI am confused whether I should move to booking.com. The compensation seems like quite low to me as companies in India are offering me base of upto 45 Lakhs INR and TC is around 65L.\nI really want to explore European oppourtunities but I have heard that the growth at booking.com is quite bad and the tech there is subpar and also, the compensation seems very low to me. I already work in a good tech company in India.\n\nPlease help with me details like average cost of living in Europe, the tech culture at booking.com and any other things that you think would be beneficial in taking this decision.
