I am a fresher from tier 1 college in India and I have an offer at Oracle India of 32 LPA yearly CTC. I also applied for job at Mercari, Japan, and the entire description about comapny, flexibility and job looked excellent so went ahead. But just after applying I read about a Probationary period of 3 months mentioned in the JD of Mercari, and it feels like a red flag, so now I am not sure if I should go ahead with application or not. What's your opinion about "Probationary period"? Is it worth risking a secure job at Oracle?
