Dear all,

Please advice me to choose company from NVIDIA, QUALCOMM or VMWARE?
I am holding offers from all above companies and all offers are pretty same for cash component , however stock component is having much difference.

Please help me to choose company to join based on policy, future, project scope etc.
Currently, i am having ~10 yrs experience.
