I have 3 simple questions about Amazon, where I will be interning from next year Jan (6 months)\n\n1. How is the infamous PiP culture? Will new grads get fired so that teams can maintain firing quota? (Seeing horror stories on Blind, and I really don\'t want to start my career on the wrong foot)\n2. How much % of interns will they convert? Usually people say 70-80% but this time I got info that they have chosen 1500+ interns (**whoaa**) and also increased CTC from 33 to 43. \n3. If i have to make it to the top %-ile of interns (and grab the PPO), what should I prepare now? [if you have exp. working @ Amazon, pls do give your valuable insights on this]\n\nI know i\'ve asked a lot of qns, but I really appreciate any insights on these qns that I can get, *cheers* :)
