I am a SDE with about 2 YOE. And I am doing my first switch. I really want to work for companies that work on high scale like hotstar.

But i am not able to get any opportunity/interview with hotstar. I applied on there site many times. Can anyone suggest how to approach this.

Also please suggest non Faang companies that have significant scale and good work to do.
