Hi,\n\nI want to ask which of these two companies would be better for a full stack dev role. So, I have 2.5 years of experience mostly in frontend tech, react, typescript and lately in java. The role in Microsoft is officially a full stack role i.e., SWE and same for cure.fit. The interviews in cure.fit were only focussed on frontend part while in MS they were a mix of DSA and frontend. However, cure.fit gave very good signs that there is no hierarchy and one can easily contribute to any project they want. So I wanted an advice on which of these two would be better for a full stack dev role.\n\nTC:\n\nCurrent: 24 LPA (all fixed)\nMS: 22LPA (Base) + 11.5LPA (worth of stocks per year) + 3L (JB) + 2.5L (performance bonus) = ~39L\nCure.fit: 30LPA (Base) + 3L (JB) + 2.5L worth of ESOPs = 35.5L\n\nThanks in advance.
