Hi have 3 years of experience as backend developer. Recently i have given interview in Amazon for SDE 2 role however they are willing to offer for SDE1 role at Amazon. Parallely i interviewed at Google for TSE role and cleard it.

Since am a developer i would normally go with Amazon even though its SDE1 however am very much worried after seeing PIP culture reviews in Amazon.

Am unable to make a call which company and role to proceed with. I have very less time to decide.

I hope community can provide some insights.
