i have 18 years of experience in technology. but most of my experience is around services where i am customizing existing product to suit customer needs. My current platform is ServiceNow. I want to get into SDE role. I also got offer from Amazon seattle for sde position but i declined due to covid. now i am here in Australia and want to get into SDE role but i need to start from scratch and very low pay compared to my current salary. I wanted to know if it is worth it to switch. Thank you for reading all the way
