Hey everyone,

A little background about me, I'm currently working in a WITCH company on a QEA role.
When I joined WITCH I was told I would be put on a dev role but citing Buisness reason I was put in QEA.
Everyday I'm praticing on leetcode and going through the basics.
I have made my CV like a dev role, but its hardly getting selected and even if I'm getting an interiew ,I'm bombing it.
Past Experience question confuses me , What should I tell the recruiter ?
Once I told the recruiter I have experience in QEA I was informed that I would not be considered for the role.

Is there any way to switch from QEA to other roles like Dev Ops or Backend Engineering.
