Hi , i recently got verbal offer from amazon (india) for sde 1 position . I am an 2021 graduate and my salary is much less than what they are offering 2022 graduates ( on campus placements).
I have heard someone say that they will increase it after Q2 2022 for 2021 graduates .
Is it true or should i try in some other places for better salary
