Hi Fellow leetcodes hope you are doing well. Would like to know your insights on the compensation in Product Based Companies.\n\nI am having around 6 years of experince and my compensation ranges in 15 - 22 LPA.\n\nAs far as i can see the compensation section of Leetcode with same year of experience but different skilsets it starts at 30 lpa + at base salary and other component make it closer to 50 LPA.\n\nAccording to my understanding for this much compensation i need to be good in following things -\nDS Algo Problem Solving, LLD, HLD & System Design\n\nBut apart from above things Do your tech stack matters also ?\n\nDo Full stack devs paid more for the same designation than Android/Ios/ Tester ?\n\nYou might say i am greedy (some of the peoples are). I want to learn new things and i also want to reach this goal.\n\nAny insight will be appreciated (specially from those who did it (as they might be in that same situation earlier like i am today))
