Hello Leetcode community, \nLeetcode has helped me so much until now and now I want advice from the community on what to do , please help.\n\nCurrent situation: \na) Offers: I have two offers, one from a large fintech company (MS) and another from a very new startup (1 year 9month).\nb) Compensation: The startup is ready to level what I am getting from the fintech and ready to give me ESOPS on top of that. The internship stipend (6months) is half of what ill be getting in mnc.\nc) My concern: Startup is in very early stages and the founders are students who graduated in 2019, they have gotten first round of funding though.The work life balance seems to be non existent here. With an mnc fintech, i can build my personal brand well and it may be easier to switch and work life balance will be way better. The startup founder is pressing me to close the deal as fast as possible (should i be concerned about this?).\n\nPlease let me know what I should do at the moment and if u want me to add more details about the same.\n\nThanks a lot to the community and please let me know your views.
