I have around 8.7 years of experience. I am about to get the offers from Adobe Cloud Technology Group (HYD) - Computer Scientist 2 and Twilio (BLR) - L4 Staff Software Engineer.
Both Adobe and Twilio is just matching my current compnesation + some joining bonus.

I am trying to leave my current org only to get better base salary, work on better technologies and good work life balance
