Hi guys,
I am currently working as SDE1 and by end of this year I will be eligible for SDE2 roles (3+ yrs) in India but I am not able to decide whether I should go for SDE2 roles in India or go for companies based in EU? locations: UK, Germany. If I want to go for EU based companies what should be minimum base salary I should expect? I have did some research and found out that in EU you have to pay around 40-42% tax is it worth going to EU? As in SDE2 roles base salary almost doubles. Some startups/companies are paying 25-30 base salary and some are paying even more in India so I am confused what should I do any suggestions?
